DAIVAD is sold through Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the seller of record for all DAIVAD purchases and is responsible for processing payments, handling billing disputes, and managing refund requests.
1. How Refunds Work
All refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy. By purchasing DAIVAD, you agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions in addition to our EULA.
To request a refund, use one of the following methods:
- Click the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle purchase confirmation email
- Visit paddle.net and select “Request refund”
Do not contact DAIVAD support to initiate a refund - refund requests must go through Paddle directly. However, if you are experiencing a technical issue that prevents the software from running, please contact us first (see Section 3 below).
2. Refund Terms
EU, EEA, Switzerland, and UK consumers: You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of your transaction date for any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. This right may not apply if you have already started downloading or using the product and expressly agreed to waive this right during checkout.
All other customers: Paddle generally honors refund requests submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Approval is at Paddle’s discretion and is not guaranteed for every request.
To request a refund, use the methods described in Section 1.
In some cases, Paddle may issue a refund proactively and without prior notice in order to prevent an imminent chargeback, where the card issuer has given explicit warning of a dispute. You will be notified by Paddle if this occurs.
Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior.
3. Technical Issues
If DAIVAD fails to install or run on a supported operating system, contact us first via our support page with your order number and a description of the issue. We will make a reasonable effort to resolve it.
Supported platforms are:
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
- macOS 12 (Monterey) or later, Intel and Apple Silicon
- Linux 64-bit (.deb or .rpm)
If we are unable to resolve a confirmed installation failure on a supported platform, we will work with you and Paddle to pursue a refund under Paddle’s technical defect provisions.
4. What Is Not Refundable
The following are not grounds for a refund:
- Change-of-mind requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
- Incompatibility with unsupported hardware or operating systems older than those listed above
- Costs incurred through third-party API providers (such as OpenRouter, Exa, Brave Search, or Tavily) - those are governed by each provider’s own terms and billed directly by them
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, match scores, or search results
